Shoulder and arm pain

Neck problems can refer pain into the shoulder and arm as nerves from the neck and upper back supply this area. Sometimes nerves will be ‘trapped’ as they exit the spine. The resulting arm pain will often be accompanied by numbness and pins and needles in the hand and fingers.
